The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Director Operations - New Zealand, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and culture of our Tauranga operations. Leading a team of approximately 64 employees, you'll drive excellence across safety, service, customer satisfaction, people capability and commercial outcomes.
