Qualifications Significant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities. Experience coordinating executive meetings, offsite meetings, travel, and complex schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools and applying sound judgment to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail. What Success Looks Like The executive is consistently prepared, informed, and focused on strategic priorities. Meetings are well-organized, productive, and followed by clear action plans. Communications are polished, accurate, and audience-appropriate. Stakeholders view the executive office as responsive, organized, collaborative, and trusted.
