We are a full-service transportation provider with an extensive fleet of dry van, flat-bed and specialized equipment, and with a comprehensive geographic footprint. We’re seeking reliable CDL A Drivers to run local, dedicated lanes to the Fort Wayne GM plant and back. This is a home-daily position with no touch freight, consistent schedules, and strong union benefits. We accept recent CDL A Graduates! (Must have a CDL Class A and a school certificate showing at least 120 hours completed.) We are a tier 1 supplier for General Motors – Ft. Wayne located directly across the street from the plant on the SW side of town. What we offer: $26.00/hr Flexible Start Times (Many start times available) Home daily runs to Fort Wayne IN, Roanoke IN, and more Teamster Local 414 Union Benefits: Blue Cross/Blue Shield – Medical, Dental and Vision. Paid Holidays, Vacation and Personal Time Match up to 3% on 401K Time and a half starts after 40 hours. Annual Increases in Pay Top pay rate after 3 years RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport freight to and from customer locations. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer. Follow all DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. Secure and handle freight properly (may include loading/unloading depending on the employer). Maintain accurate electronic or paper logs, delivery records, and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members. Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly. Adhere to schedules while practicing safe driving habits at all times.
