Handles supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts, invoices and payments. Job Duties: Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Payment Management: Prepare and execute settlement runs, ensuring timely disbursement of payments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-departments. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring documentation is complete and organized. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function. Reporting: Assist in preparing financial audit packets and supporting documentation. Assist co-workers as needed, other tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: The position requires vocational or other technical school beyond high school or GED equivalent and at least two years of prior-related work experience in an accounting setting.
