Descripción del puesto: Buscamos Técnico de Mantenimiento HVAC responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas e infraestructura eléctrica del sitio, asegurando la continuidad operativa, seguridad y correcto funcionamiento de los equipos. Responsabilidades: Mantenimiento e instalación de centros de carga, tableros derivados y tableros de distribución. Operación y monitoreo de Plantas Generadoras de Electricidad (PG). Mantenimiento y operación de sistemas de desconexión eléctrica. Instalación y mantenimiento de ductos eléctricos y dispositivos de infraestructura eléctrica. Cambio de luminarias y dispositivos de control de iluminación, incluyendo apagadores, relevadores y sensores de presencia inductivos y ultrasónicos. Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a motores eléctricos de distintas capacidades. Mantenimiento preventivo y monitoreo de transformadores, balastros y CCM. Ejecución de mantenimientos periódicos conforme al programa establecido del sitio. Apoyo al equipo operativo en actividades de reparación y mantenimiento general del edificio. Cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad para almacenamiento, uso y desecho de materiales peligrosos. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura. Elaboración y control de registros de mantenimiento y trabajos realizados. Requisitos: Carrera técnica en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial o afín. Experiencia en mantenimiento eléctrico e infraestructura. Conocimiento en sistemas eléctricos de baja y media tensión. Manejo de herramientas y equipos de medición eléctrica.
