Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families. Work with a tight-knit team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 1 APC’s and 16 Additional staff Unique opportunity to do both clinic & hospital work - Inpatient/Outpatient practice Opportunity to do ER shifts 8AM-5PM routine clinic day Call is 1:5. Call-day is 8AM-6PM, in clinic. Phone coverage for admission overnight.
