Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, you will lead a team of Portfolio Managers and a Portfolio Specialist, while maintaining responsibility for an assigned portfolio of hotels. • Prepare and present executive level reporting, including portfolio performance, commercial insights and key business initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with General Managers, Regional Directors of Revenue Management, hotel leadership teams, owners and key commercial stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
  • Champion a high performance culture that delivers measurable improvements in RevPAR, market share and overall commercial performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in Revenue Management, including demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive expertise in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, distribution and commercial strategy within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted commercial advisor beyond traditional revenue management responsibilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills, with experience engaging General Managers, Executive Leadership, Owners and Asset Managers.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into business outcomes.
  • Highly organised, proactive and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while leading a geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, written and spoken, is required. Two additional languages are preferred.
