What you'll do...
- Develop and execute the property's pre-opening and ongoing marketing strategy.
- Build brand awareness and excitement ahead of launch through innovative campaigns, partnerships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to bring the guest and member experience to life through impactful storytelling and activations.
- Oversee content creation across digital, social media, email marketing, and promotional channels.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and creative vendors.
- Support the development and execution of member acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Drive local public relations opportunities and strategic brand partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining the distinctive Paris Society identity.
What we're looking for...
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, restaurants, private members clubs, hotels, nightlife, or related industries.
- Previous pre-opening or new concept launch experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content development, and partnership marketing.
- Experience working with agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance both strategy and execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for luxury hospitality, culture, food & beverage, and experiential marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
