Your Team, Your Impact Being a member of experienced planning team for a leading fabless semiconductor company, you will learn how to manage assembly and test loadings at subcontractors located globally, so as to fulfil customer orders timely at minimal cost, fastest cycle time and optimal inventory level. What You Can Expect As an intern on the Capacity Planning team, your work will center on reporting, data analysis, and automation, including: Support WIP and inventory reporting by subcontractor within the Oracle system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Build and maintain dashboards/reports that provide status updates to management on capacity, loadings, and order fulfilment. Analyze planning data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with planners, IT, and cross-functional teams (engineering, test development, quality) to understand data sources and reporting needs. Participate in cross-functional projects that require consolidating and standardizing information sharing across organizations. What You'll Gain Real-world exposure to global semiconductor supply chain and capacity planning operations. Practical experience building reporting and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and/or RPA. Opportunity to work cross-functionally with planning, engineering, quality, and IT teams on impactful projects. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management, Electronics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, with specialisation in data analytics. Preferably with related semiconductor assembly and planning experience Good analytical and communication skills Able to assist in system enhancement, preferably with good knowledge of IT, Oracle and Microsoft tools. Knowledge of PowerBI, Powerquery & Power Automate and/or RPA will be advantageous.
