Application Process We have recently launched our new Workday recruitment system. Just a few tips before you start your application: Step 1: Create an Account - You only need to create this once, the first time you apply through our new system. Any subsequent applications you make can be done through your account. Step 2: Upload a CV/resume or use your Linkedin profile - Unless your Linkedin profile is very comprehensive, we would prefer a CV/resume Step 3: Checking the data - When you upload a CV/resume or apply through Linkedin our system will extract the data and populate our form. Although this function is clever, it doesn’t always get the data into the right boxes so you will need to look through and edit as needed. Step 4: Contact details - Include your contact details so we can get in touch with you Step 5: Application questions – These are just some extra details we need from you. We do require a cover letter so you may want to prepare one before starting your application. It is not possible to return to a half completed application. Your data must be submitted in one session. Step 6: Review and submit - make sure all your information is correct and then Submit and you’re finished. If you get really stuck, drop us an email to careers@kaplan.com and we’ll do our best to help! California Worker Privacy Statement
