How you’ll make an impact: Lead projects related to the implementation of new production lines, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline; Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new infrastructure, manufacturing equipment, and supporting utilities; Manage cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout project execution; Develop project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards during all project phases; Support production ramp-up activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance. Your background: A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; Knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools; Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required; Good capability on Microsoft office software package; Previous experience with eCAD software is an advantage; Proactive, result-oriented person with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
