Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, marketing, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. PMP certification or project management certification is preferred.
