How You'll Make an Impact: Support internal and external customers and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams. Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates on order and request status. Coordinate procurement activities and support import/export processes. Prepare reports, forecasts, and business analyses. Monitor task performance and support continuous process improvement. Your Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in customer support, order management, procurement, or a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of English and Romanian (verbal and written). SAP (MM/SD) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
