Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Press Brake Operator in USA Fontana, Ca. Report to the Fabrication Manager, the Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating a press brake machine to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates according to specifications. What a typical day looks like: Operates a press brake to manufacture parts from sheet metal or metal plates. Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules. Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available. Measures and aligns materials to be used. Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications. Performs routine maintenance on the press brake. Maintains a clean work area. Performs other related duties as assigned. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating a press brake machine. Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans including blueprints and drawings. Strong attention to detail skills Basic computer and math skills What the physical requirements are: Physically able to operate the press brake. Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
