What You Will Do Analyze sales performance data and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure sales effectiveness and business results. Generate actionable insights using data analytics and visualization tools, delivering recommendations to sales leaders and stakeholders. Support territory alignment activities by analyzing business data and assisting with periodic territory planning processes. Execute sales quota and growth-setting processes to support organizational objectives and sales performance goals. Investigate and resolve order credit and commission inquiries, including data analysis and adjustment recommendations. Partner with sales, compensation, enablement, and technology teams to maintain accurate sales data and support business processes. Conduct ad hoc analyses using internal and external data sources to support sales strategies, customer solutions, and leadership decision-making.
