Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times – from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:
- Welcoming guests, checking in and out.
- Preparing daily closing balances
- Cash transactions and cashing up
- Processing booking requests
- Preparing and serving Drinks.
- Preparing for breakfast
- General light cleaning of the lobby and public areas.
