ECT covers a broad set of capabilities, including Client and Market Connectivity, Smart Order Routing, Algorithmic Trading, Internal Crossing Engines, Analytics, Regulatory & Compliance Reporting, as well as High Touch trading applications used by sales traders and execution desks. The platform supports both low-touch electronic execution flows and high-touch trading workflows, enabling seamless interaction with global clients, trading venues, and internal users. This includes real-time order capture, execution management, pricing support, and advanced decision-making tools for traders. ECT teams design, build, and maintain highly scalable, low-latency systems that are critical to supporting diverse trading strategies and client requirements across markets. Analyze requirements across markets and develop low-latency, high-throughput Core Java applications. As a senior developer, contribute to architecture, mentor team members, and drive engineering excellence. Leverage GenAI and Copilot tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
