Contact students, customers, and external agencies regarding past due accounts. Communicate with various University departments to collect documentation for proof of debt. Prepare monthly collections file for submission to the Louisiana Attorney General's Office. Oversee all communications with the Attorney General's Office. Receive and process monthly payments from the Attorney General's office. Invoice all external agencies and affiliates, including, but not limited to, military divisions, Louisiana Workforce, and various school boards. Reconcile weekly financial aid disbursements.
