LOCATION: Nashik REPORTS TO: Director-Finance WORKPLACE TYPE: Onsite What you will do Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, and GL maintenance. Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments with proper approvals and supporting documentation. Support monthly and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain Fixed Asset Register, calculate depreciation/amortization, and ensure accurate accounting records. Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements. Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and regulatory assessments by providing required documentation and information. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. What we are looking for · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com). · 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment. · Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs. · Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems, preferably SAP. · Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
