Job Description The Services Sales Lead is a quota-carrying sales professional responsible for driving professional services bookings within an assigned market segment. Working closely with Account Executives, Solution Advisory, and Delivery teams, this role identifies, positions, and closes services opportunities that help clients achieve successful outcomes with Intapp solutions. Day to day, you'll lead services opportunity strategy, develop Statements of Work, manage commercial negotiations, and own forecast accuracy. You'll operate in a co-sell model alongside license sales, attaching services to both new logo and expansion deals — and you'll be the primary services representative from first conversation through signed contract. What you will do As a Services Sales Lead, you can expect to: Own quarterly and annual services bookings targets, maintaining pipeline coverage and executing segment-specific sales plans. Lead services sales strategy for assigned opportunities, driving deal velocity and forecast accuracy from qualification through close. Develop Services Proposals and Statements of Work in partnership with Solution Advisory and Delivery, balancing client outcomes with Intapp margin goals. Build trusted relationships with client executives and project sponsors, positioning Intapp services as a driver of business value — not just implementation. Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Partner, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sold engagements into delivery. What you will need Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Services Sales Lead role, you will ideally have: 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, including 3+ years selling professional services, implementation, or consulting engagements, with demonstrated attainment against annual services bookings targets. Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level buyers across scoping, negotiation, and contract execution. Familiarity selling into professional and financial services firms — legal, accounting, investment banking, private capital, or real assets — or comparable enterprise software environments. Experience operating in a co-sell or attach model alongside a software license team, with strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner organizations. Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
