About our area - Kalispell, MT Located in the Gateway to Glacier National Park, the Flathead Valley offers breathtaking scenery, Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, two premier ski resorts, over 500 lakes, and endless opportunities to hike, bike, ski, paddle, and explore. What You’ll Do Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in partnership with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams. Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions. Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care. Your skills ensure timely, effective therapy that keeps patient care on track, reduces hospital stays, and advances Logan Health’s mission to provide exceptional care. What You’ll Bring Current Montana Speech/Language Pathology License (required) RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
