Logan Health is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to lead our Outpatient Oncology Clinic teams in Kalispell, Montana. This role provides leadership across Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, and collaborative cancer services, supporting a highly engaged multidisciplinary care team. You will help guide daily operations, support clinical excellence, and strengthen an already respected cancer program while working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and frontline oncology staff. What You Will Do In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams Support Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care services Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support coordinated cancer care Promote a high-quality patient experience across the care continuum Support staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development Help foster a supportive, collaborative, and engaged team culture Participate in planning and operational decision-making for outpatient oncology services What You Bring Current RN licensure in the state of Montana or ability to obtain Minimum of on (1) year leadership experience in oncology, infusion, ambulatory care, or related specialty nursing. Oncology or Oncology related experience is strongly preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a clinical setting required.
