2. Innovation Strategy & Commercialisation: Translate consumer and customer insights into commercially successful innovation, managing projects from concept through launch while identifying future growth opportunities across the category.
3. Brand Communications & Consumer Engagement: Drive integrated marketing programs across digital, social, PR, content, influencer, and shopper channels to build brand awareness, engagement, and market performance.
4. Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Procurement teams to deliver commercially strong brand and portfolio outcomes.
5. Marketing Leadership & Capability Building: Lead agency relationships, support team development, and contribute to building a high-performing marketing function that supports future business growth.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated success building and growing consumer brands within a complex FMCG environment.
- Experience leading integrated marketing programs and full portfolio management.
- Proven innovation commercialisation experience from concept through launch.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering profitable growth.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including product development and manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer and category insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
