Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Design precision components, modules, and subsystems, with a focus on mechanical design. Responsibilities: Drive product requirements definition and specification. Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical solutions. Support project cost estimation and scheduling activities. Develop conceptual and detailed designs, including detailed drawings using 3D CAD tools (Creo/ProE). Perform tolerance stack-up analyses and apply GD&T methodologies. Conduct and support engineering analyses, including thermal, vibration, fluid, and FEA simulations (advantage). Lead and participate in design reviews throughout the development process. Procure prototype parts and support vendor interactions. Assemble, integrate, and test prototypes and subsystems. Support system integration, verification, and validation activities. Develop assembly and test procedures. Release engineering documentation and transfer designs to manufacturing. Minimum Qualifications B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design. Experience with various manufacturing and fabrication methods, motion system design, and DFX principles. Experience working on multidisciplinary systems. Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
