What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. Manage supplier communication from Purchase Order (PO) confirmation through material receipt. Follow up on open purchase orders and expedite deliveries as required. Monitor shortages and provide recommendations based on MRP requirements. Track supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and support KPI reporting. Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues. Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities, including RMA's (repair) Support resolution of invoice discrepancies and receiving issues with Finance and Warehouse teams. Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data in ERP systems. Escalate critical supply chain risks and delivery concerns to the Buyer. Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 0-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning, Vendor Scheduling, or Operations. Previous experience as a Vendor Scheduler or Junior Buyer is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined guidelines. Fluent English (written and spoken). Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. Knowledge of inventory management and MRP concepts. Exposure to manufacturing or high-tech environments. Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and procurement KPIs.
