Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Executive – Program Management (portuguese language expert) located in Pune. What a typical day looks like: Must have good knowledge of Project Management / Program Management functions, with preference to experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing environments. Excellent understanding of Order Management, Demand Management Processes, Billing and AR Process, Shipment Administration Support, and complete understanding of the O2C cycle. Experience supporting US-based customers and stakeholders. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English. Experienced in leading improvement projects using Lean methodologies and digitization tools. Oversee and coordinate program activities with all inter-departments, ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverables. Handle highly confidential and critical business data. Collect and prepare information for use in management discussions and meetings. Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results within GBS and Site CFT teams. Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, customer management, and stakeholder management skills. Lead and drive activities ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. Good understanding of Program Management concepts and customer-focused operations. Basic understanding of office automation or automation through Excel will be an added advantage. Exposure to ERP tools such as SAP, BAAN, Oracle, or equivalent systems. Experience working with cross-functional and global teams. Willingness to work in night shifts supporting US business hours. The Experience We're Looking For: Graduate in any discipline or related field. Typically requires a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related domains. Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or shared services environments will be an added advantage. Good to have experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment. Basic understanding of financial terms and their impact on business performance. Excellent understanding of customer-facing roles and customer relationship management.
