The SMC Shuttle Drivers are an extension of the resort brand and are vital in the role of creating extraordinary memories. This is a part-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Transporting members, guests and employees to and from the Stratton Mountain Club. Pick up locations include member homes (located on mountain), designated employee housing locations, and resort parking lots Answer questions for guests Assist members with transporting winter sports equipment to and from the Club Ensuring safety on shuttle Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 18 years of age Must be able to pass driving record check Must comply with all driver’s license restrictions High School Diploma, or equivalent, required Previous shuttle driving, preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
