What You Will Work On Lead eCommerce fulfillment operations by driving accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction. Manage picking, packing, and parcel processes to ensure orders flow smoothly through the distribution center. Improve workflows by analyzing data and implementing changes that strengthen cost efficiency and performance. Support teams through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership that builds capability and confidence. Collaborate across functions to support new tools, system enhancements, and evolving eCommerce needs. Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational consistency as the department grows. Who You Will Work With This role partners daily with operational leaders, team leads, and cross-functional DC teams to keep customer orders moving. Collaboration with the onsite eCommerce team, transportation partners, and Vendor Compliance ensures information flows accurately and issues are resolved quickly.
