Test Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating and supporting semiconductor test manufacturing in wafer level, to ensure high product quality and efficient production output. This role involves running automated test equipment, performing data verification, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and communicating results to engineering and production teams. Job Responsibilities: Operate automated wafer probe equipment. Verify and ensure correct test program and hardware selection. Perform first-level response to test alarms, fails, or deviations. Conduct basic troubleshoot on testers, probers, and test hardware. Repair defective hardware, maintain test equipment, Monitor test performance, yield, and equipment status throughout the shift. Accurately record test results and production logs in MES systems. Communicate issues promptly and clearly during shift handover. Assist engineers with setup, correlation, and verification of new test solution or product qualification. Support root-cause analysis for yield excursions or continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve throughput. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. Comfortable working rotating shifts, in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.
