What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping. Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues. Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for: Domestic water and sanitary systems Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices Drainage, waste, and vent systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics. Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems. Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications. Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing. Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes. Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras. Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
