Leads small projects or workstreams, performs complex data analysis, and partners with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements. This position will be in Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Chennai at our India location. Work Time: 5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancements Analyze and interpret financial data and system outputs Design and execute test plans for new features or fixes Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation What are the requirements needed for this position? Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred) 4 + years of experience in financial systems or business analysis Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday) Hands-on experience with financial systems.
