Supervises overall maintenance programs as well as lift construction. Requirements: Yan and Doppelmayer experience required Advanced technical experience such as rigging for splices and destructive testing using multiple techniques Engineering background a plus and state engineering certificate a plus Outside operations experience a plus Heavy equipment certification a plus – Crane, Class A, or Class B Has demonstrated effective training, coaching, and correcting required. Master mechanic in one or several lift systems such as electrical, drive, or mechanical. Ability to manage budgets and capital projects associated with lift construction and maintenance required. Must be able to spend 80% of working hours outdoors with crews. Developed, coordinated, scheduled summer maintenance plans for both fixed grip and detachable lifts Recruit and hire lift maintenance personnel. Can develop working relationship with State Tramway Board and firm understanding of state requirements preferred Strong familiarity and working knowledge with OSHA and safety practices Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and email Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
