Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability Developing Low Cost Recruitment Strategies using varying Sourcing techniques. To continually and diligently maintain various reports Joined/Offers/ Selects Tracker, Market-mapping and profile analysis as per availability of the desired skill. Generated new leads through different methods like extracting data from Social Networking Sites, Job Portals, and References etc. Working on Recruitment tools for various Hiring steps. Key Skills & Knowledge: Data Management Detail oriented Organizing and planning Time Management High Energy Multi-Tasking Interpersonal skills Team Work and Collaboration Self-Motivated Quick learner Ability to work with people at all levels Ability to handle stress Resilience and flexibility Result Oriented Ability to work independently Prior experience in Recruitment tool like Workday would be an added advantage.
