Job Title: Técnico de Mantenimiento Electromecánico Job Description Funciones principales: Inspeccionar, analizar y solucionar problemas de diferentes sistemas y equipos. Ejecutar pruebas e interpretar los resultados para hacer recomendaciones o diagnósticos efectivos. Mantener informado a su superior sobre todo lo que acontece con los equipos críticos. Tener iniciativa de respuesta ante una situación de emergencia. Mantener un ambiente seguro de trabajo. Esto incluye monitorear el equipo para tomar acciones cuando se identifique un problema que necesita atención. Redacción de informes, normas de seguridad y seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento. Requisitos: Estudios: Técnico Medio en Electromecánica, Electricidad o Refrigeración. Experiencia de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas electromecánicos, sistemas eléctricos y aires acondicionados. Conocimiento demostrado en electricidad, sistemas de baja tensión y sistemas de protección de baja tensión. Conocimiento básico en cableado UTP. Conocimiento en sistemas de respaldo (plantas eléctricas y UPS). Habilidades para utilizar herramientas y equipo de trabajo especializado para el mantenimiento, hacer pruebas y habilidad para hacer reportes de los trabajos realizados. Capacidad para interpretar planos y diagramas técnicos. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión en situaciones de emergencia. Disponibilidad para trasladarse entre diferentes sedes de Managua. Disponibilidad de horario para atención a emergencias. Manejo de ofimática básica.
