This position is also responsible for ensuring Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved. What you will do in this role - Improve and monitor operational processes - Carry out the necessary steps, updating/monitoring of internal regulations - Participate, coordinate and monitor quality processes - Manage and supervise personnel - Optimate work processes and staff productivity - Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customers - Organize and optimize shifts - Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work.
