TEAM OVERVIEW: This team works with other internal stakeholders to make sure that all checklist steps are completed and documented in our corporate ERP system to efficiently start a contracted repair loop for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Hold meetings with various internal stakeholders Effective written and verbal communication Effective use of a PC, MS Office, and other software Sense of determination, and working towards a final goal TECHNICAL SKILLS: The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency with the suite of Microsoft tools such as PPT, Excel, etc. Although SAP Knowledge isn't a requirement, the ideal candidate will have the ability to be trained in the use of SAP, extracting information from SAP into MS Word / Excel, and navigate through 10-15 t-codes. Will need to be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability, over-time, to take initiative in basic problem solving skills.
