As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Quoting customers & providing product information as needed Customer Order entry & order management Customer Account resolution & credit disposition Customer Returns & warranty management Customer communication & training Support customer special projects & programs Collaborate effectively with other functions such as sales, supply chain & operations Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service, either direct or indirect Minimum of 3 years of experience using SAP or a similar ERP system Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends as needed Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations Experience using Excel, Access, or other database management tools Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools Experience with Smartsheets 5+ Years in an Operations, Distribution Center, Aerospace, or similar/related environment highly preferred Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting Experience with ERP reporting systems (i.e. Spotfire, Tableau) Education: University Degree in Business or Aviation; College Level Courses Experience: 5 years sales, customer service experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or mfg. Familiar with soft phones Experience with sales force Other job-related information This requisition is for an international local hired position.
