Job Description The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will provide support during night shift corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team. Tasks/Responsibilities · Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities · Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies · Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation · Provide customer service to internal and external customers · Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close · Collaborate with AP team for best practices and process improvement Requirements Skills/Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable Strong data entry experience and slod research skills Experience in Microsoft Office Utmost attention to detail Be attentive to management questions and meetings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy Embrace values of teamwork, accountability, and diligence Technical skills: MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Financial Systems Education BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
