DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings. Trim and form leaded parts. Visually inspect and solder touch-up of solder defects. Hand solder and hand-clean circuit boards as needed. Repair hardware and/or components on circuit boards due to wave solder machine and/or washing process. Keep workstation clean at all times. Properly fill out production documentation. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 40 lbs. Package final product. Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area. Overall area clean up. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 40 lbs. Other duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader. QUALIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to read procedure manuals and understand assembly documents written in the English language. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with other team members. Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter. Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination Knowledge of related tools and equipment and their usage to ensure acceptable forming and lead lengths. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Physical Demands Lifting up to 25 lbs Mental Demands Focus Ability to adapt to a changing work environment Working Conditions This position works out on the manufacturing floor with exposure to moving equipment.
