We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to contribute to the strategy, discovery and delivery of operational workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries.
You will drive product initiatives from discovery through adoption, working closely with customers, engineering, design and industry experts to validate opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable outcomes.
Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APMJA. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, validate needs and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
This role requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve complex workforce and operational challenges.

Essential Experience
Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, field service or enterprise software solutions.
Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management, labour compliance, payroll integration or workforce analytics.
Understanding of operationally intensive industries such as Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Field Service.
Experience working with global customers
Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
Desirable Experience
Experience with workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, payroll, HCM or operational workforce solutions.
Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing or other project-centric industries.
Understanding of workforce productivity, compliance, payroll and workforce analytics.
Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
Familiarity with AI, automation and agentic experiences.
Experience modernising enterprise SaaS products.
Exposure to business case development, pricing, monetisation or product P&L ownership.
Experience establishing design partner or customer co-innovation programmes.
Degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
