Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain community appeal by monitoring the condition and presentation of apartments, amenities, and common areas.
- Support daily property operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and resident communications.
- Stay informed on market conditions and competitors to effectively promote the community and drive occupancy.
Requirements:
- Multi-family property management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
- Social media marketing experience preferred.
