Evergreen Center is seeking a bright and energetic Special Education Teacher who is responsible for direct instruction and curriculum design to a small cohort of 7-8 students. Within the classroom, the teacher works closely with other special educators, behavior analysts, and paraprofessionals to support students with significant educational and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include:
- Completion of educational assessments necessary to develop Individual Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives for students
- Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team in the development of the IEP to meet educational programming goals for students
- Development of materials and instructional methodology necessary to meet identified goals
- Completion of quarterly progress monitoring reports
- The supervision and training of instructors in the implementation of educational programming

- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Experience in caring for persons with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Master’s degree and Special education licensure (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
