Job description:
- Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights.
- Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed.
- Making cold calls to different stakeholders in each distribution channel in order to gain insights.
- Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks.
- Analyze internal client data, business requirements and processes to determine business/user journeys.
- Support consultant/IT vendor team with deliverables i.e. prepare test scripts, system training material, and operational user manuals etc.
- Support in facilitating client workshops.
- We are looking for Bachelor, Master or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
- Prior internship experience in research or consulting is preferred.
- Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (in Thai and English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
