The Ocean Freight Exports Specialist is responsible for managing sea and air freight export operations from Americas manufacturing plants to global destinations.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ocean export shipment allocations
- Prepare export and customs documentation
- Maintain accurate reporting
- Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Oversee third-party logistics providers
- Monitor and drive supplier performance
- Support contract administration
- Manage transportation-related financials

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in ocean freight, exports, and/or logistics operations
- 0-2 years of experience supporting/managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives
- Less than 1 year of leadership experience
- Exposure to Power BI and SAP
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
