The group is an independent group that partners with CommonSpirit Hospitals to run the geriatric outpatient clinics connected with St. Anthony’s and St. Anthony’s North Hospitals. The geriatric clinics only take Medicare and Medicare Advantage Insurance. Key Points: 100% Outpatient Interdisciplinary Team with Physicians, RN’s, LCSW Epic EMR Stability- The group is established senior clinic with 30+ years of history. Qualifications (Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities): Experience in primary care outpatient clinics managing senior patients. BC/BE in FM or IM or Geriatrics Job Schedule: Full time Workdays: 4 days a week. Compensation Range: $240,000-$260,000 plus bonus.
