Role and Responsibilities:
•Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget and actual expenses
•Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data with SAP software
•Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes
•Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR
•Supervision of invoices accounting
•Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs
•Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits
•Customer and vendor balances reconciliation
•Assist with any other ad hoc projects
•University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics (University Diploma or Certificate will be requested)
•University studies must have been completed within the last 3 years
•Fluent in Spanish & English
•Good track record as a team player
•Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment
•Adaptable and able to support business priorities when required.
•Willingness to learn and can-do attitude
•Ability to self-motivate and a drive to deliver
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyse and present financial data
•Keen interest in film & the entertainment industry
