Über Sie und diese Rolle Die Region Teutschenthal eignet sich aufgrund der geologischen Gegebenheiten für die Anlage unterirdischer Hohlräume in Salzstöcken, so genannter "Kavernen". Seit über vierzig Jahren werden solche Untergrundspeicher am Standort Teutschenthal genutzt. In 700 bis 1.100 Metern Tiefe betreibt DCG insgesamt sieben Kavernen zur Speicherung von Ethylen und Propylen sowie zur Salzgewinnung. Weitehrin wird vom Standort Teutschenthal aus das über 1200km lange PIpeline Netz betrieben. Zum Betreiben der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Pipeline, Sol- und Speicherfeld suchen wir aktuell zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre eine:n Anlagenfahrer:in im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtdienst. Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen und schätzen sicherheitsorientierte Teamarbeit? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig! Verantwortlichkeiten Sicheres Steuern und Überwachen der Anlage – sowohl in der Messwarte als auch im Außenbereich. Analyse von Prozessverläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Anlagenprozessen. Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen. Aktive Beteiligung an geplanten Anlagenabstellungen und vorbeugender Instandhaltung. Handhabung der Alarm- und Gefahrenabwehrpläne Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer chemisch-technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Chemikant:in, Mechatroniker:in oder Elektroniker:in). Gutes Verständnis physikalisch-chemischer und prozesstechnischer Zusammenhänge sowie chemischer Technologien. Berufserfahrung im Betrieb verfahrenstechnischer Großanlagen im Schichtdienst. Kenntnisse in vorbeugenden Instandhaltung und/oder im Labor sind vorteilhaft. MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel). Schichttauglichkeit, Fahrzeugführerschein der Klasse B. Fähigkeiten Hohe Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv und sicher mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen. Serviceorientierung: Ein starkes Engagement für die Bedürfnisse und Zufriedenheit der internen und externen Kunden. Sicherheitsbewusstsein, um mögliche Gefahren frühzeitig zu erkennen und gezielt Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um Unfälle und Verletzungen vorzubeugen. Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um Informationen klar und präzise zu vermitteln. Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eigene Handlungen und Entscheidungen zu übernehmen. Fähigkeit, Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.
