Hourly The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. Basic maintenance skills required such as changing light bulbs, batteries, tightening loose fixtures, etc.. Works indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Heavy labor which includes snow removal, and furniture moving. Performs snow removal using snowblower, shovels, and ice chipper. Keeps grounds clear of litter and empties trash cans around the base area. Responsible for general cleaning of fixtures and areas throughout facilities as needed, including the cleaning of restrooms. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors throughout facilities. Stocking paper goods. Additional duties as assigned by the building maintenance supervisory team. Competencies and Job Requirements: Required: Effective communication skills, oral & written Strong sense of customer service & safety awareness Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time Work well as part of a team. Education and Experience: Preferred: High School Diploma or GED Previous housekeeping/maintenance experience Electrical and/or plumbing skills Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
