Manage data flows across enterprise CDPs, DMPs, and connected systems to ensure seamless event ingestion, profile personalisation, and platform health. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation activities while monitoring dashboards to investigate and resolve anomalies before client impact. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and platform health detection to accelerate speed to market and boost operational efficiency. Partner with engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining clear configuration documentation and strictly adhering to data privacy and consent standards. Who are you? You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring enterprise CDPs (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform / RT-CDP) and DMPs (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager). You have an understanding of customer data concepts, alongside proven experience creating segments within a CDP/DMP ecosystem. You're a curious, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail.
