Location: Plymouth, MN Your Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion the overall business unit product vision, strategic direction, and long-term roadmap, aligning it with company objectives. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and mentor product managers and marketing teams, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture. Market & Customer Expertise: Deeply understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities and define differentiated and innovative products. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Oversee product launches, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, working with marketing to drive adoption and revenue. Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product effectiveness, revenue generation, profitability, and market success. Develop and manage department operating budgets to support operational, promotional, and successful product launches. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
